Program Overview:
PJAY Technologies LTD (PJAY TECH. LTD) is launching its Internship Development Program (IDP) to develop the next generation of professionals in renewable energy, real estate, agriculture, security, and digital innovation.
Selected interns will receive:

Systems/Product Technician Intern (Solar, Electronics, Electrical, Security Systems)
Department: Technical & Innovations Department
Role Overview
The Systems / Product Technician Intern will support installation, diagnostics, product testing, and maintenance of solar systems, renewable energy, electronics, and technology products.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist technicians during product and system installations.
· Support troubleshooting and repair of system components.
· Participate in product testing and quality checks.
· Help document technical service reports.
· Learn basic load calculations and system sizing.
Learning Outcomes
· Hands-on product and system installation experience
· Electronic diagnostics and troubleshooting skills
· Exposure to innovative renewable energy and security technologies
· Safety and compliance training
Ideal Candidate Profile
· Senior Student or Graduate in Electrical, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or Engineering field
· Basic knowledge of solar/renewable energy, electrical, security, and/or electronics systems
· Willingness to work in the field
· Strong problem-solving mindset
