Program Overview:

PJAY Technologies LTD (PJAY TECH. LTD) is launching its Internship Development Program (IDP) to develop the next generation of professionals in renewable energy, real estate, agriculture, and digital innovation.

Selected interns will receive:

·         Structured hands-on training

·         Real project exposure

·         Mentorship from industry professionals

·         Performance evaluations and certification

·         Opportunity for long-term placement (based on performance)

Sales & Marketing Representative Intern

Role Overview

The Sales & Marketing Intern will support customer acquisition, field marketing, digital campaigns, and sales pipeline development across solar, real estate, and agriculture business units.

Key Responsibilities

·         Assist in lead generation and customer outreach.

·         Support field marketing campaigns and activations.

·         Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.

·         Help manage social media engagement and promotions.

·         Support showroom or site visits and customer presentations.

·         Track prospects and update CRM or sales records.

Ideal Candidate Profile

·         Senior Student or Graduate in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field
