Role Overview
As we scale our operations, we are seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to lead our commercial growth, manage a sizable sales and marketing team, and develop strategic partnerships across corporate, institutional, NGO, and government sectors. This is a hands-on role for a professional that will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market reach, and securing large-scale PJAY TECH.'s projects and contracts.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and manage a sizable team of Sales & Marketing Reps. and Agents.
· Develop and execute PJAY TECH. sales and business development strategy.
· Identify and secure large-scale business opportunities with businesses, NGOs, development agencies, and government institutions.
· Lead negotiations and closing of commercial, institutional, and government contracts.
· Build strategic partnerships with corporate clients, contractors, and development partners.
· Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue performance tracking.
· Support marketing initiatives including brand positioning, campaigns, and market expansion efforts.
· Represent PJAY TECH. in meetings, industry events, and partnership engagements.
· Develop and implement performance management systems for sales teams.
· Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to strengthen team productivity.
Qualifications/Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
· 3-5 years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
· Proven track record in leading sizable sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
· Experience securing and managing institutional, NGO, or government contracts is strongly preferred.
· Strong negotiation, relationship management, and partnership development skills.
· Strategic thinking with strong commercial and financial understanding.
· Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, technology, or development sectors is an advantage.
· Strong reporting, forecasting, and presentation skills.
