Program Overview:

PJAY Technologies LTD (PJAY TECH. LTD) is launching its Internship Development Program (IDP) to develop the next generation of professionals in renewable energy, real estate, agriculture, and digital innovation.

Selected interns will receive:

·         Structured hands-on training

·         Real project exposure

·         Mentorship from industry professionals

·         Performance evaluations and certification

·         Opportunity for long-term placement (based on performance)

Multi-Media / Social Media Intern

Role Overview

The Multi-Media Intern will support digital branding, content creation, and visual storytelling across solar, real estate, technology, and agriculture platforms.

Key Responsibilities

·         Create social media graphics and short promotional videos.

·         Capture photo and video content from project sites.

·         Support website updates and digital campaigns.

·         Design marketing materials (flyers, banners, brochures).

·         Assist with storytelling and brand positioning.

Learning Outcomes

·         Real-world digital marketing and branding experience

·         Portfolio-building content creation

·         Exposure to multi-sector corporate branding

·         Strategic communication skills

Ideal Candidate Profile

·         Senior Student or graduate in Media, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field

·         Preferred proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar designing tools

·         Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented

·         Strong storytelling ability
