Role Overview

As we scale our operations, we are seeking a Sales & Business Development Lead to drive customer acquisition, strengthen market presence, and support revenue growth. This is a hands-on role, and the successful candidate will lead a small Sales & Marketing team, execute sales initiatives, manage sales pipelines, support marketing campaigns, and identify new business opportunities across residential, communities, and small business markets. This is ideal for a driven professional who thrives in field sales, relationship management, and market activation.

Key Responsibilities

·         Lead and supervise a small team of Sales & Marketing Reps. and Agents.

·         Drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets for PJAY TECH. products and services.

·         Identify and pursue new business opportunities within residential, SME, and community markets.

·         Develop and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and local businesses.

·         Generate and manage a sales pipeline, converting leads into successful deals.

·         Coordinate field sales activities, community outreach, and product demonstrations.

·         Support marketing initiatives including campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement.

·         Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management.

·         Provide coaching, training, and performance monitoring for team members.

·         Ensure excellent customer service and post-sale follow-up.

Qualifications/Requirements

·         Diploma, HND, or Associate Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.

·         3–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.

·         Must have proven ability to lead and motivate a small sales team.

·         Strong communication, negotiation, closing, and interpersonal skills.

·         Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

·         Experience working in renewable energy, electronics, telecommunications, or retail  sectors is an advantage.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.

·         Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable with field-based sales activities.
